At present, the wireless infrared remote control on the market basically meets the needs of daily use with a relatively low price and relatively stable signal transmission, and thus has become one of the most popular remote controls. It is widely used in daily household appliances. TV remote controllers, smart toilet remote controllers, etc., wireless infrared remote controllers are also one of the remote controller categories that currently account for the majority of remote control suppliers. However, the technical content of infrared remote control also has a threshold. Not all remote control manufacturers can do it well. Anrui Chuang smart remote control has focused on the development and production of remote control for many years, and has unique R&D technology and manufacturing for the manufacture of remote control. Craft
First of all, we have to understand that it is the transmitting part of the infrared remote control, and its main component is the infrared light-emitting diode. It is actually a special light-emitting diode. Because its internal material is different from ordinary light-emitting diodes, when a certain voltage is applied to its two ends, it emits infrared rays instead of visible light. At present, the common infrared remote controllers on the market use a large number of infrared light-emitting diodes with an infrared wavelength of about 940nm. The shape is the same as that of ordinary light-emitting diodes, but the color is different. This color can be modulated according to the direction of research and development.
Then there is the receiving part of the infrared remote control. The main component is an infrared receiving diode, which is generally round and square. In practical applications, the infrared receiving diode must be reversely biased so that it can work normally, that is, the infrared receiving diode is used in the reverse direction when used in the circuit, so that higher sensitivity can be obtained.
Since the transmitting power of infrared light-emitting diodes is generally small (about 100mW), the signal received by the infrared receiving diode is relatively weak, so an amplifier circuit must be added. This is the reason why most of the infrared receiving heads have been used in recent years.
There are roughly two types of packaging for the infrared receiver used in the finished infrared remote control: one is shielded by iron sheet; the other is plastic packaging. But these two types will have three pins, namely power supply positive (VDD), power supply negative (GND) and data output (VOUT). The pin arrangement of the infrared receiver varies from model to model, please refer to the instructions of different manufacturers. The advantage of the finished infrared receiver is that it does not require complicated debugging and shell shielding, and it is very convenient to use like a triode. But pay attention to the carrier frequency of the finished infrared receiver when using it.
